Tier 3 Coaching:
Coaching will include a Skype or Messenger call once per week with three to four emails per week to maintain a dialogue and answer any questions you may have whilst also providing feedback. Your plan will be altered whenever needed to change your focus or goals because life can get in the way even with best laid plans.
This coaching plan is aimed at clients that have started racing and competing or about to start racing and competing. They need structured help and guidance to help them achieve their future goals such as finishing a first race or time improvements on their future races, injury prevention and staying focused.
